企業のユニークベニュー需要増に応えセミナー開催

10月21日、「社員のモチベーション、企業のブランドを高めるイベントの創り方」と題してセミナーが開催された。主催は、古民家や温泉などの施設を、企業の会議や行事に提供している(株)スマートマーケットと、企業イベントの企画・運営を手がける(株)リンクイベントプロデュースの２社。

同セミナーは、企業イベントをこれまでにないユニークな施設で実施することで、話題性をもたせたり、自社らしさや理念を浸透させて組織力を高めることを目的に開催された。

Seminar held according to the increase of corporate's demand in unique venues.

On October 21st, the seminar titled "Employee Motivation, How to Create Brand Image" was held. The host of the seminar were the Smart Market Inc., which offers old houses and onsens(traditional Japanese hot springs) for corporate's conference or event uses, and the Link Event Produce Inc. which plans and manages corporate's events.

This seminar was remarkable for its unprecedented concept of offering unique places. Also, it involves additional objective that is to strengthen the organizational power by clearing up corporate's respective identities and philosophies.
