企業のユニークベニュー需要増に応えセミナー開催

10月21日、「社員のモチベーション、企業のブランドを高めるイベントの創り方」と題してセミナーが開催された。主催は、古民家や温泉などの施設を、企業の会議や行事に提供している(株)スマートマーケットと、企業イベントの企画・運営を手がける(株)リンクイベントプロデュースの２社。

同セミナーは、企業イベントをこれまでにないユニークな施設で実施することで、話題性をもたせたり、自社らしさや理念を浸透させて組織力を高めることを目的に開催された。

Seminar to meet the increased demand for unique venues of companies

On October 21, The seminar was held under the heading of "How to make the event to increase employee motivation, and to build up the corporate brand." It was organized by two companies, Smart Market Co.Ltd which provides the corporate meetings and events at the facilities such as old houses and hot springs and another is Link Event Produce Inc which produce and manage the corporate events.

The seminar was held at an unique unprecedented facility for the purpose to draw public attention and to enhance the organization force by penetrating the feeling of identity and the mission of their own companies.
