6. Nondisclosure of Confidential Information
6.1 During the course of performance of this Agreement, Cecilio may disclose certain Confidential Information to the Dealer solely to permit
Dealer to perform its obligations under this Agreement Dealer shall refrain from using Confidential Information for any purposes or
activities other than those specifically authorized by Cecilio.
