そして昨日、２梱包が届きました。本日、中身を確認しましたらL1着が入っておりませんでした。御社の発送ミスでしょうか？

The other day, I've ordered 7 camouflage-printed jackets (5 middle size, 1 small size and 1 large size) and paied $185.57. I recieved 2 percels yesterday and found 1 large size is missing. It may be a failure caused in your shipping process. Please check your shipment record and get back to me.

Also, the $56.88 bag I ordered has not been arrived yet.

Please track the shipment with the post office in your contry, and let me know the status. Reluctantly, I will file a claim for the undelivered bag with the site operator since almost 40 days has passed since my payment.
