備考: 期限が過ぎても寮を出ない学生への督促

学期末まで寮に居たいとのあなたの希望について検討しましたが、残念ながら1月28日までは待てません。
貴方が寮を利用できるのは9月までだというのは、当社の社長と貴方の先生の約束だという事を理解してほしい。
とは言え、急に転居するのは無理だと思うので、10月末までは寮に居ても構いません、ただし、2週間以内（10月23日まで）に引っ越しの予定を立てて連絡してください。

Please understand that the duration you could avail the dormitory was up to the end of September and which was promised with president of our company and your teacher.
Though it seems it is difficult to move out suddenly, you can stay at dormitory until the end of October. However, please arrange your moving schedule and let me know within two weeks.
