備考: 期限が過ぎても寮を出ない学生への督促

学期末まで寮に居たいとのあなたの希望について検討しましたが、残念ながら1月28日までは待てません。
貴方が寮を利用できるのは9月までだというのは、当社の社長と貴方の先生の約束だという事を理解してほしい。
とは言え、急に転居するのは無理だと思うので、10月末までは寮に居ても構いません、ただし、2週間以内（10月23日まで）に引っ越しの予定を立てて連絡してください。

We considered abour your stay in the dormitory until the end of the semester, but unfortunately we can not wait until January 28th.
I need you to understand that you are able to use the dormitory until September which is the promise between you and our conpany's president.
However, we suppose that you won't be able to move immediately, so we allow you to stayuntil the end of October. You need to provide us a moving out plan within 2 weeks. (October 23th.)
