I told you yesterday that the payment for your June invoice had been paid – this is true. But what I didn’t know: The payment came back – the bank details were wrong.

Please send me your bank details once again and I’ll see that this matter is finally cleared up.

And to avoid this happening again, could you please update your invoice template so that your bank details are actually on the invoice?
