また、本日もお客様から返品の連絡が来たのですが
電源が入らないそうです。
実はこれは、一度　バッテリーのみを交換して動作確認をして送り返したのですが
再び電源が入らないとのことです。
ヒーティングチャンバーの不具合により、バッテリーを交換してもすぐに
新しいバッテリーも使用不可能になることはありますか？
あるとすれば、これはバッテリーだけでなくヒーティングチャンバーも同時に交換しなければ
ダメなのでしょうか？
もしそうであれば、バッテリーとヒーティングチャンバーの両方の保証を希望します。

Again today I have received another request for a return from a customer,
it seem it will not turn on.
I asked them already to change the battery and check if it worked, but the
power won't come on.
Are there any cases where the battery is rendered NG even soon after changing it caused by a faukt in the heating chamber?
If there is, then not only the battery, but the heating chamber will have to be replaced at the same time, is this correct?
If that is the case, I would like a warranty for both the heating chamber and battery.
