また、本日もお客様から返品の連絡が来たのですが
電源が入らないそうです。
実はこれは、一度　バッテリーのみを交換して動作確認をして送り返したのですが
再び電源が入らないとのことです。
ヒーティングチャンバーの不具合により、バッテリーを交換してもすぐに
新しいバッテリーも使用不可能になることはありますか？
あるとすれば、これはバッテリーだけでなくヒーティングチャンバーも同時に交換しなければ
ダメなのでしょうか？
もしそうであれば、バッテリーとヒーティングチャンバーの両方の保証を希望します。

Again, a customer contacted us for item return today claiming that the power cannot be turned on.
As a matter of fact, this item was once returned to us, which we have replaced only the battery and returned to the customer after validation, but again he says turning on the power does not work.
