備考: eBayで売れた商品を発送しましたが、到着までだいぶ時間がかかっています。日本を出てから後の、トラッキング番号による追跡調査ができず、バイヤーから問い合わせがありました。

今回の件で考えられるのは以下の4通りです。

荷物が紛失した。
何らかの事情で商品の配達が遅れている。
税関で止められている
オーストラリアの郵便局員がトラッキングナンバーを記録していない。

私はよくオーストラリアに商品を発送していますが、職員がトラッキングナンバーの記録を怠っていて、追跡できないことが何回もありました。今回もその可能性が高いです。いずれにせよ、すでに日本からは商品は出国しています。私にはどうすることもできません。このまま何週間も到着しないならそのとき問題を解決しましょう

As for this matter, I think this may caused from which of the four following reasons;
The item's been lost.
The shippment is behind the schedule due to some reasons.
The items's been stopped at the custom.
The tracking number wasn't recorded by an Australian postal clerk.

I often send items to Australia. but I coudn't track many times because the clerk didn't record the tracking numbers. I think this problem is likely to be caused by the same reason.
Anyway , the item has already been shipped from Japan, so that I can't do anything.
If the item hasn't been arrived for weeks, then let's solve this problem.
