すぐ対応するとのことでしたが、何も連絡がありません。
発送指示を提出してから1週間たちます。
いったい、いつになったら発送できるのですか？
もう待たされるのは限界です。昨日の電話の内容通りに今日、直ちに発送してください。



転送会社に要求されています。
これがないと日本に発送できません。
EINコードも必要です。
頂けない場合は最悪、返品しなければいけません
