上からの目線で、教える内容を強要しても、教わる側は萎縮するだけかもしれません。なにも、親しすぎるなあなあの関係を築きましょうというわけではなく、教える相手を大切な友人と思って接したほうがようかもです

If you take the view point of a superior, even if you try to force the contents of teaching on the person you teach, the learning side might just feel intimidated. I am not talking about anything like building a very close relationship. I am just saying that you might want to treat the person you teach as an important friend.
