やはり警察もカード会社も消費生活センターも全額返金されてから商品を送れと言ってるの。
だから¥24055下記口座に9/12までに振り込んでほしいの。返金用の口座を作ったわ。

If you would credit the said amount, I will withdraw the request for investigation submitted to the international credit company.
