返品した際の送料が返金されたということは、メールを見てるはずです。
2度も不良品を送っといて無視するのはおかしくないですか？
ebayにもメールをしています。
証拠の写真も添付しています。
paypalにも証拠の写真を提出することができます。
返事がないのでpaypalにクレームを提出させていただきます。
