なぜ返事をしてくれないのですか？
返品した際の送料が返金されたということは、メールを見てるはずです。
2度も不良品を送っといて無視するのはおかしくないですか？
ebayにもメールをしています。
証拠の写真も添付しています。
paypalにも証拠の写真を提出することができます。
返事がないのでpaypalにクレームを提出させていただきます。

Why you don’t respond to my email?
Crediting of the return shipping fee for the returned item means to say that you must have read my email.
Is it not unusual to ignore may email though you sent me the defective item twice.
I have also emailed to eBay.
I have attached pictures for the proof of evidence.
I can even submit pictures as the proof of evidence.
As you don’t respond to my email, I will escalate a claim to PayPal.
