御社から購入した商品の内1点が不良品と思われるので返品したいのですが、対応していただけますか？
私は送料が高いため船便を使用しています。そのため2ヶ月という期間が空いてしまい、申し訳ありません。

靴（ヒール部分）の色があきらかに左右で違います。他サイズの商品は問題ありませんでしたが、US8.5の右靴のみ黄ばんでいます。
商品は使用していませんので、配送時の状態です。

The color of left and right of the shoe(heel) is different. I did not find a problem at the items of other size, but the right shoe by US8.5 is yellow. I have not worn it yet, and its condition has not been changed since it had been delivered to me.
