商品発送遅れのお詫び
アイテムは７月２９日発送でしたが、本日８月３日に日本より発送しました。
と申しますのも、手違いで郵便局で発送ラベルが入れ替わって、別のお客さんの国に発送してしまいました。
私達は急遽、商品を取り寄せ貴方宛に発送しました。

Apology for the delay in item shipment;
The shipment of items was scheduled to be on July 29, but we have ship them today on Aug. 3.
This is happened because the shipping label was mistakenly swapped at a local post office and the item was shipped to a customer in the other country.
We hastily obtained the item and have shipped to you.
