今回　入荷した商品の１箱が、箱をあけても中に商品がありませんでした。商品が入っていた段ボールは、工場での使用しているガムテープで梱包されていました。また，段ボールに破損されている外装は、ありませんでした。段ボールは、ラッピングされた状態で出荷されていました。
サンプル商品の５点は、すべてタグをつけた状態で出荷して下さい。タグの回収は、僕が責任を持って対応します。
保険会社から、契約条件を添付ファイルの内容にして欲しいので、請求書の記載を変更お願い致します。

We have ordered 1 box of product this time. However, we could not find any goods inside the box. We found the cardboard with the products inside was packed by the packing tape that used by the factory. Also, the exterior of the cardboard has not been damaged. The cardboard was delivered with the wrapping.
Please deliver 5 sample products with tag. We will responsible to remove the tag.
The insurance company requested us to include the content in the attached file into the terms and conditions. Please kindly revise the invoice.
