Shipping to Japan is US$25 as stated on the ad, somehow Ebay sent you an invoice with free shipping.
Do you still want the watch?
if yes, please use Paypal SEND MONEY option to pay US$25,
Or if you don't want the watch, I will send you a mutual agreement to cancel and refund you.
