Amazonヨーロッパで配送方法について問題があり、
Amazonヨーロッパに対して迷惑をかけたことについて大変申し訳ありません。
お客さまからの評価が溜まったため、再度メールさせていただきました。現在9個程の高評価をいただいており、以前メール時の倍ほどとなっております。
引き続き、商品が到着次第お客様より評価をいただける見通しです。

As the rating from customer remained the same, we send an email again.
Currently we have been rated highly 9 times, and it is double of the time
when we send an email.
