ご入社時には健康診断の結果をご提出いただくことになっており、弊社提携の病院で無料で受診をいただいております。健康診断は予約制となりますので、必ず事前に電話にて予約をお願いいたします。
予約の際は「Xの雇入れ時健康診断」であるとお伝えください

受診項目は以下になります
1既往歴及び業務歴の調査
2自覚症状及び他覚症状の有無の検査
3身長，体重，腹囲、視力及び聴力の検査
4胸部エックス線検査
5血圧の測定
6貧血検査（赤血球数，ヘモグロビン）

-About the Hospital
The result of medical examination requires to be handed in when you are hired.
The examination can be taken in the hospital affiliated with us for free.
It applies the appointment system, and you have to call and to decide the date and time before you take.
Please tell us on the purpose of 'the medical examination for new hired person' and your name, when calling.

-Following is the items on the examination
1. Obtains history of disorder and occupation
2. Conducts the examination for any subjective and objective symptoms
3. Measures height, weight, abdominal girth, visual and audible acuity
4. Takes X-ray chest
5. Measures blood-pressure
6. Conducts anemia test (RGB, Hb)
