雇入れ時検診の受診機関について
ご入社時には健康診断の結果をご提出いただくことになっており、弊社提携の病院で無料で受診をいただいております。健康診断は予約制となりますので、必ず事前に電話にて予約をお願いいたします。
予約の際は「Xの雇入れ時健康診断」であるとお伝えください
受診項目は以下になります
1既往歴及び業務歴の調査
2自覚症状及び他覚症状の有無の検査
3身長，体重，腹囲、視力及び聴力の検査
4胸部エックス線検査
5血圧の測定
6貧血検査（赤血球数，ヘモグロビン）
Guidance of health examination when hiring
For medical institutions of screening when hiring
The medical certificate is supposed to be submitted when joining our company, all the applicants shall take medical examination at our alliance medical institutions for free of charge. Health examination need to be booked, so please make sure to make an appointment by phone in advance.
Please mention as "health examinations for joining X" when booking.
Examination items are below
1. Investigation of Medical and business history
2. Examination of the presence of subjective and objective symptoms.
3. Height, weight, waist circumference, hearing and vision inspections
4. chest X-ray inspection
5. Measurements of blood pressure
6. Anemia test (red blood cell count, hemoglobin)
