受診項目は以下になります
1既往歴及び業務歴の調査
2自覚症状及び他覚症状の有無の検査
3身長，体重，腹囲、視力及び聴力の検査
4胸部エックス線検査
5血圧の測定
6貧血検査（赤血球数，ヘモグロビン）

The medical examination is conducted on the reservation, therefore please be sure to make a booking by phone in advance.
Please tell the hospital "medical examination at the time of hiring by X".

The following items will be examined.
1. Examination of past medical history and ocupationa history
2. Checkup of with or without subjective symptoms and objective symptoms
3. Checkup of body height, weight, abdominal circumference, eyesight and audiometry
4. X-ray check of chest
5. Bblood-pressure measurement
6. Anemia test (erythrocyte count, hemoglobin)
