上記機関で受診をいただきますと約一週間程で結果が届きますのでそちらのご提出をお願いします。またご入社日より三ヶ月以内に健康診断を受診されている場合はそちらの診断書のご提出でも結構です。ご入社までにご提出をお願いします
Yクリニックで受診された場合は、診断結果が会社に直接送られますのでご提出は不要です

8 urinalysis tests (Presence or absence of sugar and protein in the urine)
9 ECG (resting electrocardiogram test)
There is no need to specify the items of the medical examinations at the authorized medical center.
About submission of medical certificate
You will receive the result within one week or so if you visit the above authorized medical centers, please submit it to us. If you have undergone a health examinations within three months from your date of hire, that medical certificate is acceptable. Please submit before you join.
If you take the health examination at Y clinic, your submission is not required because the results will be sent directly to the company.
