大変申し訳ございません。私達は別の商品を発送してしまいました。お手数ですが、もし手元に届きましたらお客様の方で破棄して頂けますか？そしてご注文の商品は発送できなくなりました。迷惑料として全額の返金とそれに加えて10ポンドをAmazonからお返しいたします。返金の入金には数日間かかる可能性があります。お客様の元に届かないのは大変残念です。私達のお店を訪れて頂きありがとうございました。

I must apologize. We have sent you the wrong item. If the item is with you could I please ask that you discard it ? Also we are not able to ship the item you did order. As way of apology we will issue a full refund of cost and postage as well at a 10GBP Amazon Gift Voucher. There is a possibility that the refund may take several days to process. I am very sorry we could not deliver the items to you. Thank you very much for patronizing our store.
