そこまで強く望むなら、なぜ注文前に確認しなかったのでしょうか。

ちなみにですが、私のバイヤーさんで保証書に関して気にする人は一人もいませんでした。

メーカーから提供される新しい箱が欲しいなら、送らせて頂きます。

それ以外に、私ができることはありません。
