Thank you for contacting us - I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect part guide. This item has been ordered successfully many times, so it is safe to assume that this was a fluke. I have set up your return for the defective book and sent you instructions with a pre-paid FedEx label to send it back to us. Once we see that is it headed back, we will re-ship a replacement. Please know that the label covers shipping from the address the product was shipped to (Sarasota, FL) and will re-ship to that address.

いつもお世話になっております。注文品と違うパーツガイドブックをお受け取りになったとのこと、申し訳ございません。この商品はいままで何度も注文がありましたが、ミスなく処理してきましたので、今回は偶然このようなことになってしまったと考えて差し支えないかと存じます。誤配本の返品の手はずを整え、返送いただく際にお使いいただくFedExの料金支払い済み伝票と一緒に返品方法の説明書をお送りいたしました。商品がこちらに届いたのを確認し次第、代替品を再発送いたします。伝票は商品送付先住所（フロリダ州サラソタ）からの送料を補填しており、再発送もそちらの住所宛に行いますことをご了承ください。

今後は、"Order Status & Returns"ページ（注文状況と返品ページ）からいつでもご自分で手続きをしていただくことができます。
