エラーの理由が分かりません。

膨大な「Missing/Invalid: Category」という修正理由でエラーが発生していますが理由が分かりません。
過去に商品をアップする際、テストのtxtを提出させられたが、○○や○○は××のカテゴリで出品しなさいと指示があった。今回、それが全部ダメというエラーがきている。
××というカテゴリは使えないのですか？
それでは○○や○○はどれが適切なカテゴリになるのですか？
それが分からなければ修正のしようがありません。

Kindly let me know the reason of the error.

A lot of errors have been occurring with the correction reason "Missing/Invalid Category", but I do not know the reason.
When I tried to upload an item in the past, I had to submit a test txt, and I got an instruction that I had to sell ◯◯ or ◯◯ in the xx category. This time, I received the error saying that none of above works.
Am I not allowed to use the xx category?
If so, what would be the appropriate category for ◯◯ or ◯◯?
I would not be able to correct anything unless I know that.
