XYZのグループを継続するかどうか決める際、Aがかなり悩んだという話は海外のファンの間では有名？(BとCはすぐに継続に同意しました)
悩んだ理由はわからないけれど、おそらく純粋なアイドルとしての活動をしたかったのかもしれません
彼女の同意がなければXYZはその時点で終わっていた可能性もあります。だから自分はXYZの活動を継続すると決めてくれたことに感謝しています
推測でしかないですが今も純粋なアイドルとして活動したいという気持ちは強いのかもしれません

Is it a well known episode fo overseas fans that A has given much thought on his/her decision about XYZ' continuity as a group? (B and C have agreed to the decision right away).
No one knows why, but A probably wanted to purely pursue her career as an idol.
Without her consent, XYZ could have ended back then. So personally I am grateful they have decided to carry on with XYZ activities.
All I could state the above are no more than my assumption, but they might have a strong will to perform as a mere idol.
