「発送した」との連絡を受けてから一週間も待っています。

しかし、実際商品は発送されていません。
UPSにも確認しました。

とにかく2日以内に注文した商品を発送してください。
もしできないのであればキャンセルします。

I have been trying to contact with you many times, but I have heard any reply at all.
I have been waiting the package since I received information of "the shipping completed".

However, the item was not actually shipped.
I have also inquired to UPS.

Anyway, please ship the ordered items within two days.
If you cannot, I am going to cancel the order.
