There was defect in one of four items,
The LED for ○ and ○ does not light event turning on the power.
Please confirm the symptom as I attached the image.
I suspect that it is a initial defect, but what shall I do to fix it?
If it cannot be fixed, would you respond this defect for the return and refund or issuing a partial refund?
