Twitterで投稿をシェアする際にタイトル名やURLが自動で入力されているようにできませんか？
現状だと何も入力されていない空のウィンドウが開きます。
何か理由があってこのような仕様にしているのでしょうか？
バグの場合は差し替えのコードを教えてもらって良いでしょうか？差し替えるPHPファイルを添付して頂ければ嬉しいです。
もしバグではなく仕様の場合はこのままで構いません。

When we share the posting at Twitter,can we set that title and URL are input automatically?
Now an empty window where nothing is input opens.
Why is this type of specification set?

If there is a bug, may I ask you a code that is replaced?
