モバイル版について

Twitterで投稿をシェアする際にタイトル名やURLが自動で入力されているようにできませんか？
現状だと何も入力されていない空のウィンドウが開きます。
何か理由があってこのような仕様にしているのでしょうか？
バグの場合は差し替えのコードを教えてもらって良いでしょうか？差し替えるPHPファイルを添付して頂ければ嬉しいです。
もしバグではなく仕様の場合はこのままで構いません。

When sharing a post over Twitter, is there any way you could set it to fill out the title name and url automoatically?
At the moment, a blank window opens with nothing in it.
Do you set it so on purpose?
If it is due to the bug, could you please let me know the replacing code? It would be great if you could attach the replacing PHP file, too. But if it is not due to the bug issue, you could leave it as is.

間違っていたらすみません。たとえば会話でこのセンテンスが出てきた場合、due to を省いてもいいのではないかと思ってしまいました。

ご指摘ありがとうございます。英訳に「仕様の場合は」の文言が抜けていました→　"But if it is not due to the bug issue but that of specification, you could leave it as is." でお願いします。

お返事ありがとうございます。「仕様の場合」については私も気がつきませんでした。それで「due to」が付くわけですね。勉強になります。私の翻訳についても、確認不足で投稿していることが多いので、適宜ご指摘いただけると助かります。よろしくお願いいたします。
