B社に確認をしたところC社はB社とは関係のない会社だとわかりましたが、Amazonからは同じ問題によるサスペンドのため、再発防止についてより詳細なレポートの提出を求められています。

When I confirmed with B company, I found that C company has no relation with B company, however, Aamazon requested us to submit a further detail report to prevent from recurrence due to a suspension caused by the same problem.
