B社に確認をしたところC社はB社とは関係のない会社だとわかりましたが、Amazonからは同じ問題によるサスペンドのため、再発防止についてより詳細なレポートの提出を求められています。

当初は以下のレポートを提出しましたが、こうした場合どのように対処すればよろしいでしょうか？

As we confirmed B Company, C Company was nothing to do with B Company. But Amazon required us to submit a detail report on preventing a recurrence because this case was caused by the same issue as the previous one.

We already submitted the following report. How could we deal with this kind of issue?
