This mail reports the problems concerning this transaction. First, due to rough packing three a's out of five were broken. The item A which I purchased was not contained in the package. I paid $○ for shipment, but the actual charge is $○. You promised me to pay back the excess shipping charge. Please confirmed the broken items by the picture attached.
