I'm very sorry this happened.Please send it back I will refund your money. I have shipped many many Lladros and never had a problem. They design these box's so you are safe shipping them, I'm not sure what happened. I insured it like always, so please send back and I will deal with UPS. Question? Why does your e-mail say The product of Corruption??? I actually deleted it and for some reason it came back, it was not through E-Bay so I thought it was spam. Again I am very sorry this happened.
