一点、提案先の携帯キャリアより、税制について質問がありました。

先日Aさんより頂いたレポートですと、基本所得税としてみなされるかと存じますが、
携帯キャリアから、「ストックオプション制度を構築し、ポイントを付与すれば、所得税にならないのでは？」
というアドバイスをもらいました。

I have received one question regarding taxation regulation from one of the mobile carrier that we are approaching.

According to the report presented by A in the other day, it sounds like the basic income tax would apply, but the mobile carrier has commented that income tax can be avoided if stock option system is provided and points are given.

Please let me know what is your comments on this. (Or else if you have better idea please let me know)
