クレジットカードの情報に不一致(discrepancy)があり、注文がキャンセルされたとのことですが、具体的に何が不一致なのか、教えていただけませんでしょうか？
日本で発行したカードなので、元が日本語である名前か住所に微妙な違いがあるかもしれません。
ただし、注文に使用したクレジットカードは普段使用しているものであり、１週間前にも同じカードで御社から購入しているので、基本低には問題ないと考えています。

I was informed that my order was cancelled due to a discrepancy of the credit card information, but could you let me know concretely what the descrepancy is?
As my card was issued in Japan, there may be some subtle differences of my Japanese name or address.
However, the card I used for the order is the card I usually use and I purchased an item from you with the same card. So, I think there is no problem basically.
