ご連絡ありがとうございます。もしかしましたら、ノブだけとれて箱の中にあるのではないかとおもい、何度も箱の中も確認しました。しかし、見つかりませんでした。非常に困っております。輸送時に取れてしまっても箱の中にはあるはずですが見つかりませんでした。もし輸送中になくなってしまった場合はどうすればよいのでしょうか？

また、もしみつからない場合はノブだけ購入することは可能でしょうか？

Thank you for the message. I have checked inside the package over and over to see if I could find the knob just in case. I couldn't find it after all. I am in a major situation. If the knob had come off during the transportaion, it should still remain somewhere in the package but it wasn't there. How could I do when an item is lost on its way?

If not found, could I guy the knob only?
