以下の件について至急アドバイスをいただけると助かります。

１．Amazonが提供するTracking CodeのうちFedexのSMARTPOSTは追跡できないという問題。

2つ目は、eBay上で表示される予想配送日に、商品が届いていないという問題です。
eBay上で表示される配送予定日は発送地域のFLORIDAと配送先によって自動計算されています。一方のAmazonはStandard Shippingの場合は配送には1週間程度かかるので予想配送日と実際の配送日に乖離が生じます。

1. The first is for the issue on the tracking number provided by Amazon, the SMARTPOST for FedEx provided by them did not work for tracking an item.

2. The second in for the issue that an item cannot be delivered by the expected delivery date shown on the eBay. The expected delivery date shown on the eBay is automatically calculated based on the origin of shipping at Florida and a shipping destination. On the other hand, the standard shipping of Amazon includes around one week for the preparation, so there is a difference between the expected delivery date and the actual delivery date.
