以下、確認したいのですが、よろしくお願いします。
このオークションに誤って入札し、落札してしまいました。
セラーさんに対して、間違いで入札&落札したことを伝えた上で、
落札をキャンセルするよう頼んだのですが、要望に応じてくれません。
このような時はどうすれば良いのでしょうか？

I would like to confirm as follows.
I took bids of this auction by mistake and won.
I told the seller that I mistakenly took bids & won and asked to cancel it but they don't accept my request.
How should I do in this case?
