我々はバイヤーからのチャージバックとリターンリクエストによって詐欺行為と思われる不当な要求を受けています。

プレイステーションネットワークカードを販売し、いずれのバイヤーからもコードを教えてくれと要求されたので、要求通りにコードを教えました。

このコードを教えたことによって、バイヤーはプレイステーション内のゲームコンテンツを遊ぶことが可能になります。

従ってカード自体は発送していませんが、バイヤーは我々に支払ったお金の対価を受け取っています。
