I recieved the box today and the bottle inside was broken I had the post office look at it they said you have to actually file the insurance claim. They told me to hold onto the box & packing ect. Im assuming they give you the money back so let me know what they say. Let me know when you recieve the insurance money if you recieve it after that I will refund you $20 for the inconvinience.
