会社の収益に貢献すること。内の仕事であればいかに原価を下げるか、外の仕事であれば、いかに売上をあげるかに固執しない限り、キャリアは終わると思っている。

サービス開発部の責任者になった際、PLの見方や、原価計算も出来ず、報告書もまともに完成できない状況であった。
それに対し、まずは、「自分が何を分からないのかを考えること」にした。その後、経理関連の本を読み、セミナーに参加し、3ヶ月後には、完璧な報告書を作成できるようになった。

Contributing to the company's profit. I think my career would be terminated unless I stick to the goal to reduce the cost when working in the office, and to increase the sales when working outside.

When I became in charge of the service development dept., I coudn't read a PL , calculate cost, nor complete a proper report.
To solve those problems, first of all, I decided to "find out what I didn't understand". Then I read accounting related books, attend a seminar, which made me complete a perfect report 3 months later.
