お客様のお荷物は既に発送させて頂いております。
通常ならアメリカまでは発送から１～２週間で到着しますが、通関で検査対象になったり、輸送の遅延など、私たちが関与できない事柄が原因で遅配することがあります。
それらを見越しての日数設定とさせて頂いております。ご理解いただけましたでしょうか。
尚、通常３週間経っても届かない場合は御知らせした追跡番号を元にUSPSにお問い合わせください。

Normally, the delivery to an address in America takes one to two weeks, but there might be delay in delivering due to the reason we have no control over such as customs’ inspection and the delay in shipment etc.
