お客様のお荷物は既に発送させて頂いております。
通常ならアメリカまでは発送から１～２週間で到着しますが、通関で検査対象になったり、輸送の遅延など、私たちが関与できない事柄が原因で遅配することがあります。
それらを見越しての日数設定とさせて頂いております。ご理解いただけましたでしょうか。
尚、通常３週間経っても届かない場合は御知らせした追跡番号を元にUSPSにお問い合わせください。

We have already shipped the merchandise you ordered.
Usually, it should take one or two weeks to reach US. However, sometimes it may take more days if the package is examined at the customs or if some transportation accidents delay the delivery, about which we can't do anything.

Please inquire USPS if you don't receive the package after three weeks with the tracking number we notified you.
