確認させてもらいたいのですが、AAによりA社でなくC社に責任が生じるのは、AAが有効である期間に限られるのでしょうか？我々が懸念しているのは、C社が活動を終え、AAが終了した後に、過去のC社の活動が原因となって環境問題等が生じる場合です。ご存知だと思いますが、環境問題は時間が経ってから生じる場合があります。このような場合にもA社が責任を負わないような方法はありますか？

I would like to clarify regarding AA in which it states that C is responsible in stead of A, It this condition only applies for the period when AA is valid?
Our concern is the case when ecological issue arises due to C's act after C completed AA, As you may be already aware, ecological issue will arises a long time after its causes. In such a case, is there any way to protect A from being responsible?
