We are having problems getting this picked up because we don’t have a DHL number. I did supply them with IMPEXPONL
Can you confirm your account number. I apologize that this is taking so long, but DHL wants to make sure they get paid. Can you also provide proof of payment for this shipment?
For this 21 pcs try order for Japanese market, the cargo are ready 2 days age, but when I call the local DHL office and asked them to pick up the cargo, they told me : I need provide the DHL prepaid account No. of Japanese company or provide the information of DHL booking confirmation.
Today, I called the Japanese Tel. No. on the Doc, but no answer.
Could you pls check it out for me. It's urgent, thanks.

日本市場向けのこの21 pcsはお試し注文に関しては、カーゴはすでに2日前に用意されていますが、現地のDHLに連絡しカーゴの集荷をお願いしたところ、日本の会社のプリペイドのDHLアカウントナンバー、もしくはDHLの予約確認書の情報をDHL側に知らせなければならない、とのことでした。
本日書類にありました日本の番号にお電話しましたが、つながりませんでした。
急ぎでご確認いただけますでしょうか？よろしくお願いいたします。
