問題が発生した原因は販売商品を常に更新することが不足していた為です。
今までは1週間に1度の在庫更新をしておりました。
将来受け取れなかった商品や在庫切れに対するクレームを回避するため今後の再発防止策と致しまして以下の改善案を実行し、再発防止につとめます。

在庫切れ防止策
現在は在庫のチェック、更新スタッフが1名で1週間に1度の更新でしたが、今後はスタッフを3名に増員し
1日～2日に1回の在庫チェック、更新をして対応致します。
